I was born and raised in San Francisco, and I have never left. I love this city, its wonderful neighborhoods, and the diversity of people from all over the world who come here to live and work. As a graduate of Lowell High School, I attended San Francisco State University, where I earned my Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management in 1979.
Coming from an entrepreneurial family that owned businesses in San Francisco, with Realtors in the family, it was natural for me to pursue a career in real estate. I attended Anthony Schools and became a licensed Real Estate Agent in 1981. After working as an agent for several years, my career led me to the title and escrow side of the industry, where I worked for many years and eventually became a Vice President, Branch Manager, and Senior Escrow Officer.
After maintaining my real estate license and wanting to return to the sales side of the industry, I joined The Azari Group in early 2008 as a full-time Real Estate Agent. I became a shareholder in mid-2010 when the company incorporated in California. Today, I serve as Vice President of the HOA Division at Azari Property Management, working with homeowners associations and condominium communities in San Francisco and surrounding areas.
My true enjoyment of real estate comes from working closely with clients to find the best property available to meet their needs, whether it is a first home or an investment property to add to their portfolio. The successes I have enjoyed throughout my career have stemmed from my business goals and philosophies, which include being honest and trustworthy, maintaining a strong sense of ethics and integrity, being professional, responsive, efficient, friendly, and caring, delivering superior customer service, and maintaining a high standard of excellence.
I have been actively involved with the Professional Property Management Association of San Francisco (PPMA), including serving as Vice President of Membership in 2009. I also served as President-Elect in 2010 and President in 2011 of the Women's Council of Realtors, San Francisco Chapter. I am also a member of the National Association of Realtors, the California Association of Realtors, and the San Francisco Association of Realtors.

I joined The “A” Team in 2010 as a Corporate Officer and Vice President of Maintenance & Project Management. In 2014, due to the growing demand for maintenance services at Azari Property Management, I expanded our construction management operations and established Luzon Construction & Project Management.
Today, I serve as the team's full-time licensed contractor, supporting our property management and HOA clients as little as; toilet leak or disposal is not working to large projects like remodeling the entire bathroom or kitchen ( to provide a nicer home for our future tenants ), he uses California licensed subcontractors who are also carrying their own insurance, worker's compensation, and bond. John wants to make sure through his qualified & bonded subcontractors he is giving the best maintenance service to our tenants and also with getting several estimates for any jobs over $500.00, he is also getting the best price/cost for our valuable landlords.
I bring a sharp eye and a multitude of skills to every project. I take pride in my efficiency and attention to detail, carrying projects from beginning to end in a professional manner. Although I have never been professionally trained in design, that has never held me back; I have a keen eye for style and practical solutions. I am ready to work closely with our clients to ensure their investments are well cared for and that every dollar goes as far as possible.
