Manzar is an accomplished financial executive and entrepreneur with over 40 years of experience. Originally from Southern Iran (Ahwaz), Manzar moved to Southern California in 1974 and has been a San Francisco/Bay Area resident since 1993. She began buying real estate in her twenties and over the years has developed a very profitable portfolio as a successful real estate investor.

With properties in numerous locations worldwide, Manzar has experienced multiple property management models. In October 2006, from the living room of her condo, Manzar started her own company that would combine her insight along with all the positive qualities she appreciated from property managers she had worked with. In May 2010, The Azari Group Real Estate, Inc./dba Azari PM was incorporated after reaching company sales of $1million. She has created a company that makes customer service the top priority with a comprehensive full-service package including 24/7 availability, in-house maintenance services, property inspections, and direct communication with owners and tenants. These comprehensive services are included in the competitive pricing already offered.

As an entrepreneur, Manzar is known for her innovation, her patience, honesty, and most of all her sense of humor. She listens closely and carefully to her clients and uses her insight to speak honestly and set realistic expectations to help make educated decisions.

The firm’s core values of honesty, integrity, and objectivity are the foundation of the relationship with her clients. Manzar spent much of her early career in the corporate world. She also holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Financial Mgmt (BA) and a Master’s Degree in Business Management (MBA).

She has experience in human resources, sales and marketing, M&A, and finance as a successful financial executive for many corporations including Chief Financial Officer at Security Financial Management Inc., Director of Finance & Administration at Triton Funding Group, Inc., Controller at LVL Communication, Inc., Corporate Treasurer at AMS Aviation Management Systems, Inc. (M&A consultant worked with Deloitte & Touche and UBS Capital in New York towards acquiring AMS Aviation Management System in Phoenix, Arizona), Blue Cross of California Auditor (Intermediate between Blue Cross of California & Medicare, Cost Reports Audit),  Accounting Executive, REO Accounting Manager at Countrywide Funding, Inc. and Accounting Executive at See’s Candies Inc.

She has been an active Board member of the Chinese Real Estate Association of America (CREAA), The Professional Property Management Association of San Francisco (PPMA), Finance & Budget Chair of the Women’s Council of Realtors (CA WCR) State of California, Treasurer of the Women’s Council of Realtors (SF WCR) San Francisco Chapter, Audit Chair of the Women’s Council of Realtors (SF WCR) San Francisco Chapter. Additionally, Manzar has considerable experience serving on the Board of Directors for several other companies and volunteering for local 501(c)(3) non-profits as a board member and Treasurer.

Manzar is family-oriented and she values her employees and clients the same way she treats her own family, including two children and three grandchildren. She was very close to her father and his success as an influential businessman is her role model. Manzar keeps her father in mind whenever she makes a creative business decision. In her spare time, she enjoys spending quality time with her family and loves to cook and bake. She can also be found bike riding through the city with her husband John (Yianni).
