Forms and Applications
Welcome to Azari Property Management! We’re pleased that you’ve selected one of our properties to be your new home. To help expedite your application, please follow these guidelines:
1. Each adult over the age of 18 who will be living in the home is required to sign the lease. All leases are for a period of 12 months unless otherwise specified. An application is required for each adult including a $39.50 processing fee for each application.
2. If you are applying in San Francisco, you can bring your application to our office at 595 Market Street, Suite #1375, San Francisco, CA 94105 for processing. If in San Diego, our office address is 8880 Rio San Diego Dr., Suite #800, San Diego, CA 92108. Our office hours are Monday–Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
3. Please be sure to complete the application in its entirety and include a phone number where you would like to be contacted as well as the address of the property you are applying for.
4. Please attach any documents which make our verification more convenience; copy of most recent pay stub or employment offer letter. Also, we need a copy of driver license and social security card for our records.
